Born in 1976, Savina Dellicour went to Belgium’s Institut des Arts de Diffusion in Louvain-la-Neuve in 1994 and graduated in 1998. Her graduation film On/Off won the Grand Jury Prize at the Brussels Festival of Independent Films in 1998. Savina worked at various TV production companies in Brussels as first assistant director before going to study at NFTS in London. Strange Little Girls, her first short film since leaving school had been selected at the Premiers Plans film Festival in 2005. She has rewritten this script under the title Tous les chats sont gris (la nuit), produced in Belgium by Tarantula. She attented Emergence in 2009 with this project.
She has cowritten with Fabrizio Rongione a feature, 3 Familles.
Her movie was released in Belgium in 2015 and in 2016 in France. She won in 2016 the Magritte of the Best First Film in Belgium.

Born in 1980, Roland Edzard lived in Tamanrasset, Algeria from 1980 to 1988. He studied at the National Studio of Contemporary Art in Strasbourg from 1998 to 2003, then at Fresnoy from 2004 to 2005. He lives and works in Paris. La Plaine, short film directed in 2005 and selected at the Premiers Plans film Festival en 2006, was awarded the Grand Jury Prize for the European student films.His screenplay of first feature, Les Gens ne savent pas peut-être, was read in Angers in 2008 under the title La Fin du silence.
Selected at the Directors' Fortnight in 2011, the film is released in France in December 2011, distributed by Equation.

Born in 1972, she studied acting in Vilnius Musical Academy and film directing in a foreign class at FAMU, Prague. Since 2001, she has worked as a casting director and an assistant director in Lithuanian film productions. She directed several short films: Orange Day (1996), I, You, He, She, (1997) Who Sleeps Beside You (2003) and a documentary Northern Spring (2005).
She got the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania for her film Narcissus, released in 2012.

Project Lara Jenkins (ex Lara)
Born in 1970. He graduated in Ethnology and Sociology of Culture from the University of Ljubljana. During his studies, he directed radio commercials and wrote for radio and various magazines. In 1995 he published his book The Land of White Doves from the journals of his travels to Bosnia during the war. He makes his living as a translator. For his feature film script Lara, he wins the Media New Talent of the European Union Award 2006 during the Cannes Film Festival.
However, he abandoned this project but directed, in the meantime, another film, We've never been to Venice, presented in the Figures Libres selection at the Angers First Film Festival in 2009.

For years he worked as a stage, film and television actor with the likes of Jean-Paul Rappeneau, Thomas Gilou, Emanuelle Bercot, Nina Companeez, before making his first short film, Les Inévitables, in 2000. The film was presented and awarded at the 2001 Premiers Plans Film Festival. After attending the Emergence Summer University, he made a second short, Naturellement. He directed two others short films, Et alors, awarded at the International Short Film Festival in Clermont-Ferrant and Annie de Francia in 2010, selected in several festivals.
He is currently developping his project with ACIS and acheving the writing of Maman est morte, produced by Takami Productions, still in phase of develppement.

Born of Swiss parents in Argentina, she studied film at the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires. She has made several short films, all Swiss-Argentine co-productions, including Amançay (2005), El patio (2003), and Cap Code (2003). She has also worked as assistant director on publicity films, video clips, and shorts. With her project developed in Angers, she attended the Cinefondation residence, where she finished the writing of Ausencias, selected to attend the Cannes Workshop in 2007 and in Open Doors at Locarno.
The film, made in 2010, is produced by Alina film and Ruda Ciné under the title Abrir Puertas y Ventanas. It received the Golden Leopard at Locarno International Film Festival in 2011 and the Best Actress Award in Angers in 2012.
It is released in 2012 (Happiness Distribution).

Born in 1980, Jakob Rørvik recently graduated as a director from the National Film and Television School in London. He has written and directed a number of shorts: Vanilla Song (2005) selected at the Cannes Cinefondation 2005, In Machina (2003), the rockumentary The Big Singalong (2002) and Lunch (2001). He also worked as a director assistant. His graduation film Willow Drive had been selected at the Festival Premiers Plans 2006.
Since 2008, he directed two short films, Scratch and My Friend Kills Time.

Born in 1970, he got a BA in French from the Fine Arts Academy in Lyon before going on to get a Masters in film from the Toulouse University Film School (ESAV). He also directed a documentary in 2004: Seuil. He participated to the last Emergences Workshops edition. After various self-produced works (S8 and 16mm) such as Haut-Fond (1996) and Ventre (2003), he filmed Jèsu Dolar, his first short fiction in 35mm, selected at the Festival Premiers Plans in 2006. In 2004, he made a documentary : Seuil. He attended the Summer University Emergence in 2006.
His first feature film, Les Grands s'allongent par terre, was selected at the Angers First Film Festival in 2008 before being released in july 2008. Since 2008, he directed 3 shorts films : two documentaries, Une image du noir et L'Oiseau dans la chambre and a fiction, Le Ventre de Jonas.
