The 20th edition of the Ateliers d'Angers will take place from Monday 20 to Friday 24 January 2025.
Founded by Jeanne Moreau and the Festival in 2005, the Angers Workshops are aimed at young filmmakers who have already made one or more short films and are preparing to make their first feature-length fiction film.
For 5 days, these young filmmakers have the opportunity to develop their screenplays and discuss their projects with renowned artists and technicians, who come to share their thoughts and experiences on the screenplays selected, covering writing, directing, editing, directing actors, production, music, etc.
The call for projects for the next edition of the Ateliers d'Angers is now closed. The selection of the five residents and the names of the speakers will be announced in December.
