A documentary about a family, narrated by the youngest surviving member. Told through various images of the once inhabited family flat, this journey reveals the plight of a family due to the changes caused by World War I and II and the Communist takeover.

Petr Kotek was born in 1963.He is in his last year of studies at the documentary directing documentary department of FAMU. His former film were "Possessed by Theatre" and "Faces". "Zastaveny Cas" is his fourth-year project.
