Born on 16 April 1985 in Kyunggi, South Korea, Yoonyoung Choi studied Cinema at Dongguk University (Seoul). He went to study in France at Paris 3 and Lyon 2, before entering La femis in the filmmaking Department. A night In Seoul is his graduation film.
