On his way to a business meeting, Tudor gets stuck in a traffic jam. He decides to make the most of it and invites a woman for coffee.

Catalin Mitulescu was born in Bucharest, Romania on !3 January 1972. After his studies in geology and much travel abroad, he went to study at UNTAC and graduated in 2002. He made two school films, Bucarest-Vienne 8 :15 and 17 minute intarziere, both which screened at Angers in 2002 and 2003. Trafic won the Palme d'Or for a short film at last year's Cannes Film Festival.
