The 14-year-old Romy and her mother live alone in a big house. Before the father took off, he gave Romy a cat, which she loves more than anything. Romy is the replacement partner and best friend since the separation. In love sickness she gives advice on how the mother can be more attractive for her new lover. Secretly Romy blames her for the loss of his father. The stresses are increasing every day until a perfidious war of the roses unfolds between daughter and mother - and the cat is suddenly gone.14-year-old Romy and her mother live alone in a big house. Born in 1984 in Berlin Mascha Schilinski collected her first experiences in film and theatre as a child actress. In 2005 she travelled around Europe for two years. In 2008 she graduated in scriptwriting from the Filmschule Hamburg. Since October 2012 she has studying directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.
