Tête-Machine
Mona Lefèvre

Using animated paint, an enigmatic story relinking the erotic dreams of five
young adults takes form. We arrive in a world that is in-between what we say, what we dream and what we can perceive in each other's words. We slowly crawl into the worlds made by the interviewees' stories.

Mona Maud Lefèvre is a pluridisciplinary artist. She uses stop-motion animation, illustration and ceramics as ways to express herself and tell stories in a sensitive way. She creates her own universe while staying on a path that is never far from craftwork.
Her film Tête-Machine was created during a residency at Studio 34, a creative laboratory allowing 5 young directors to make their first films. It took place in the occupied cinema La Clef Revival, in Paris. She is now a part of the collective, and they are still trying to save the cinema. She is currently student at ENSAD, in Paris.
