Osman Cerfon was born in 1981. After training in visual communication and studying at the Beaux-Arts in Epinal where he wrote and illustrated the book Faits divers et d'autres saisons, he went to the Ecole d'animation La Poudrière where he made Hors d'œuvre, L'important c'est de gagner, and Tête-à-tête, his graduation film.
