Siberian bus driver Tamara sets about introducing her teenage son Max to the colleague she has been dating for a while. But when all three meet in a jolly karaoke bar, the rivalry between the two men she loves releases her from clutching at old hopes.

Born in Siberia in 1987, Sofia Safonova studied International Journalism and Spanish Culture in Moscow. She worked in writing and editing in Moscow and in cultural sponsorship in Barcelona within the Santander scholarship programme.
In 2015 she graduated from the London Film School with her short film Tamara, shot in her home city.
