Elena Walf was born in Moscow in 1982. After finishing her studies in design at the Moscow State University of Printing Arts she started to work as an illustrator for a russian-german kid's magazine called „Schrumdirum“. In recent years Elena illustrated several children's books for publishing houses in Russia, Germany, Taiwan and South Korea. In March 2015 she graduated at the renowned Institute of Animation, Visual Effects and Digital Postproduction at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.
