For a long time, experts have tried to solve the mystery of Solaris, a bubbling mass surrounded by two suns and seemingly animated by an almost rational personality. A psychologist, is sent to the space station orbiting Solaris to perform research with its team of scientists. There, he discovers that his friend Guibarian has committed suicide. Along the station's corridors, he discovers people whose presence cannot be explained...
