Selena, 8, wakes up from a strange dream. She finds a Snow-White dress in her room. She is bored to death in her summer in Portugal, with her cousin, Marina. They decide to run away and steal a donkey to go to the dam to swim. But when they hit a graveyard on the road, Selena sees the figure of an old widow dressed in black, just like in her dream. She gets scared and runs out for her life down the dark forest, on her own...

Cristèle Alves Meira is a stage director. In her first documentaries, she reflected on the issues of immigration and Portuguese language in Africa. After Sol Branco, Cristèle is now working on her second short film, Manha Das Bruxas, to be shot in Portugal in the Fall 2015. She has also just been selected to the prestigious script workshop of the famous FEMIS school in Paris, to develop her first feature.
