Mira Fornay was born in Bratislava, Slovakia, in 1977. She recently graduated from the FAMU in Prague in Directing Fiction. She is currently a student at the National Film and TV School (NFTS) in Beaconsfield, UK, where she is preparing her next film project: Foxes.
