Born in Munich in 1966, Peter Keller has directed videos since 1994, while also studying to be a surgeon. In 1998, he was assistant director for several publicity films and, in 2002, directed his first short film Schicht, selected for the Interfilm Berlin festival as well as the Ljubljana International Film Festival in 2003.
