Franky, an insomniac unemployed actor and Arsène, his manager, are on the verge of a financial precipice: Franky, friend, spiritual son and source of income for Arsène, can't get up in the morning any more and misses out on the rare jobs that Arsène digs up for him. Arsène, a kleptomaniac rock fan, decides to go all in. He steals a car from a garage at gunpoint and takes his "protégé" Franky to the Arctic Circle.

Olivier Babinet is self-taught and began directing as a teenager, making photo-novellas and music videos for his rock group. He has written and directed several television series, experimental films and music videos. In 2009 his first short film was noticed in several festivals, including Premiers Plans, receiving many awards. He co-founded the production company Ferris & Brockman, which produced his first feature Robert Mitchum est mort. Fred Kihn is self-taught in life and a reader of Albert Cossery who treats with elegance and humour the strength of free men against the idiocy of the privileged. He has picked dwarf
