One night, the police surround the house where Nike and Joel, a young couple, are squatting. Provoked by the threat of the police outside, a struggle brakes out between Nike and Joel.

Susanna Edwards was born in 1963. She studied film theory and worked as assistant director in the theatre. Before enrolling at DI in 1989, she made several 8 and 16 mm films. "Hellre dö staende än att leva pa knä" is her first-year film.
