László Csáki was born in Mosonmagyaróvár, Hungary, in 1977. He graduated from the Hungarian University of Arts and Design. He works as a film director and artistic designer. His short films and documentaries have won him several prizes at various international festivals. He currently teaches at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME). Kék Pelikan (Pelikan Blue) (2023) is his first feature film.
