László Nemes Jeles is 30. He studied cinema in Hungary and France, where he also worked as an assistant on shoots. He then decided to return to Hungary, where, notably, he assisted Béla Tarr on the shoot of his latest film, The Man From London. Türelem is his first short; it was in the official selection of the 2007 Mostra de Venise 2007 in the category "Corto Cortissimo".
