Born in 1963 in Geneva, Bernard Weber graduated from the Geneva School of visual Arts in 1990. After directed several noted documentaries, Bernard Weber directed "Pampa", his first dramatic short. "Pampa" won the first prize "Pradi di Domani" at the Locarno Film Festival in 1997.
