Nathalie is hesitating between two boys : Eric, who doesn't want her any more, and Antoine, whose love stifling. She clashes those around her and has a few brief relationships, never managing to escape from her loneliness. Noémie Lvovsky portrays a young girl confused and drifting in everyday 1990s Paris.

Noémie Lvovsky was born in 1964. Having graduated from the FEMIS in 1989, she attracted a lot of attention with her short film "Dis-moi oui, dis-moi non" (Which won the Prix Perspectives and the Panel of Judges' award at the Munich festival in 1990). In 1991, she made a second short film "Embrasse-moi", and took part in the writing of Arnaud Desplechin's "La Sentinelle"
