Estelle Larrivaz was born in 1971 outside of Paris. After studying at the Cours Florent in Paris, she held numerous roles for theatre, television and cinema. She notably appeared in The Separation and Set Fare by Christian Vincent, in When the Cat's Away by Cédric Klapish, and in Irma Vep by Olivier Assayas, with whom she had previously interned. A self-taught director, Notre Père is her first short film.
