Xavier Beauvois, 24, has already won the Prix de Rome (film section). Actor in M. Bena's "Le ciel de Paris", he also assisted André Téchiné on "Les Innocents" and Manoel de Oliveira on "Mon Cas", and produced "Le Matou", which won the Prix du Jury at the "Festival du Court Métrage" in Lille.
