Laetitia Dupont was born in Toulouse in 1977. After training at the E.S.A.V. (School for Advanced Audiovisual Studies) in Toulouse, she entered la Poudrière where she made Cousu main, a one-minute film, Extra, a film commissioned for Canal J, and finally Mademoiselle Bérengère, her final-project film.
