Tamar van den Dop
Through the eyes of Lot, we experience the sensory perception of a five year old girl. Lot wants to pee like a boy. Still free of shame and prejudice, she helps her grandmother over the threshold of old age.

Born in Amsterdam in 1972, Tamar van den Dop graduated from the Maastricht Theatre Academy in 1993. In 1992 and 2000 she was nominated for "Best Actress" at the Utrecht film festival for her roles in the feature films The Province and The Detour. She received the Dutch Academy Award for "Best Actress" for her character in the 1997 television series Zwaarte Sneuuw. Lot is her first short film.
