Alba has always manageed to get herself out of trouble. She is 20 years old and works in a flower factory. Her life takes a turn when she receives a call informing her that her father, who she hasn’t seen for years, has died. Alba abandons her job to take care of all the paperwork that comes with death while she searches inside herself for a reason to cry and mourn.

Irene Segovia grew up in Madrid. In 2018, she won a scholarship to study at the Catalan Film and Audiovisual College (ESCAC), where she directed Dejar que muera, a short film selected for several festivals. Today, she is continuing to carve out a promising future as a director with her next short film Ni sin tí.
