A graduate of La Fémis, where he directed Le Contre-temps, a short film selected at Premiers Plans in 2010, Dominique Baumard is a screenwriter and director. His writing credits include Giovanni Aloï’s La Troisième Guerre (The Third War) (2019), Kim Chapiron’s Le Jeune Imam (The Young Imam) (2023) and nine episodes of season 4 of Le Bureau des Légendes (The Bureau). In 2021 he directed his first feature film, Les Méchants (Fake News). Les Règles de l'art is his second feature.
