Two brothers meet again in Tehran. One left their native Kurdistan a long time ago, the other one has just left it. Everything gathers them together and drives them apart at the same time. After two weeks of confrontation in a flat somewhere in town, they're going to imperceptibly trade places.

Diako Yazdani was born in Kurdistan, Iran in 1980. He took part in Tehran young cinema. He studied in the Art and Culture Karnameh Institute of Tehran where he was a student of Abbas Kiarostami. Shadows Lighten in The Mirror is his first short film.
