She got the age wrong. But what does it matter whether he's 45 or 46 when everyone abandoned him a long time ago.

Emmanuel Saget was born in 1970. After studying at the Beaux-Arts in Lyon and a degree in literature, he won a masters in 2000 from the image department of the école supérieure d'audiovisuelle in Toulouse, Le Mirail. After producing his own work in video and 16mm, he made his first 35mm short, Jèsu Dolar, which was selected for Premiers Plans in 2006. The screenplay of Les Grands s'allongent par terre, his first feature, was read last year at Premiers Plans, and it was with this project that Emmanuel Saget took part in the Emergence Summer University and the Ateliers d'Angers in 2006.
