Les Fantômes
Jonathan Millet
Hamid is part of a group of Syrian citizens who have left everything to track down war criminals. They scour Europe looking for officials from the regime who are fleeing. Against the group's advice, Hamid goes alone to Strasbourg in pursuit of Harfaz, his former torturer.

After studying philosophy, Jonathan Millet spent several years in remote areas of the world filming for image data bases. He then made six fiction shorts (including Et Toujours Nous Marcherons, selected for the 2018 Césars and La Veillée (The Wake), a middle-length film released in 2018).
Alongside this Jonathan is continuing his work on the question of territory and has made several documentaries for the cinema, including Ceuta, douce prison (Ceuta, Prison by the Sea) (2014), Dernières Nouvelles des Étoiles (Tell me about the Stars), shot in Antarctica (2017), and La Disparition, shot in the Amazon (2021).
