Emmanuel Ortner was born in 1964. He studied at the Ecole Louis Lumière and holds a BTS certificate in filming. He is responsible for the photographic work for several shorts and has worked on numerous shoots as assistant cameraman. He has just finished his first feature length script. "Le refuge" is his first film.
