Vincent Bierrewaerts
A man and his son live at the top of a precipitous peak. They are only connected to the outside world by a bridge. The bridge is destroyed and the characters are totally cut off from the rest of humanity. One night the child sees the twinkling lights of a town in the distance.

Born in 1973, Vincent Bierrewaerts studied at l'ENSAV La Cambre where be made the films El Viento, Tij (shown at Premiers Plans in 2002, see page... of this catalogue), and Cello. His first short outside the school, Le Portefeuille, won awards in several festivals, including Angers in 2004.
