Marina Rosset was born in 1984 in Lausanne. In 2003 and 2004, she attends the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Visuels de la Cambre in Brussels. In 2004, attends HSLU (Hochschule Luzern, Design & Kunst, formerly HGKL), and is graduated in 2007. Après le chat was selected in Premiers Plans 2007 in School Film Competition. Then, she won a special mention with La Main de l'Ours in Premiers Plans in 2008. She developed this film Laterarius in L'Abbaye de Fontrevraud.
