A young French girl, disillusioned by life and love, leads a reclusive existence in the Chinese neighbourhood of the 13th arrondissement in Paris. An unexpected meeting with a very particular turtle teaches her to live and love again.
After obtaining a bachelor's degree in film at Paris VIII and Brooklyn College, Stéphane Ly-Cuong directed several short video films. At the same time, he worked as a journalist specialised in musical comedy (written and Internet press).
