Two inseparable high-school friends, Dani and Nico, spend their vacation in the wealthy residence of Dani's family, who has left the house to the boys. Nico, on the other hand, comes from a modest family. In the summer heat, between the village where they dance and the beach where they meet other kids, the two adolescents get to know two girls their age, Berta and Elena. Berta pursues Dani, while Nico flirts with Elena. But the two boys turn out to be as clumsy as they are talkative about sex and undertake to learn more while ambiguous sentiments grow between them...

Cesc Gay was born in Barcelona in 1967. He worked at the Escola de Mitjans AudioVisuals (EMAV) from 1987 to 1990. After directing a short film entitled Baile de Mascaras (1987), a play entitled Aldous (Biennale de Barcelone, 1992), and a television documentary, Krakers (1994), he directed his first feature-length film, Hotel Room (1998, unreleased in France). Krampack is his second feature-length film.
