Kosmos is about to celebrate his 18th birthday but he doesn't even measure 1 metre 20. He dreams of leaving, to get away from sinister landscape and the broken factories that surround him, away from the family arguments and his brother Paris's nastiness, away from his mother's suffering...

Olivier Masset-Depasse is 27 years old. After taking part in several screenplay, novel and musical composing workshops he entered the Louvain-la-Neuve Institut des Arts de diffusion in 1993. He has made four films. "Kosmos" is his graduation film.
