Born in 1990, Inès Loizillon grew up in Paris. Between 19 and 23, she made her first self-produced short films, at the same time she was studying literature, theatre and cinema (Masters in Art and Language, EHESS). In May 2014, she co-wrote and directed her first stage play with Alice de Lencquesaing, Tous les garçons (et les filles) for a short form festival (Festival des Mises en Capsules, Ciné 13). At 24 she made her first short, produced by G.R.E.C. and the C.N.C., Kiss Me Not, as well as two experimental super8 short films, Igloo and Dors toi-même. Her next medium-length film is currently in production (Aurora films).
