Yawen Zheng
Kiko bullies animals. He can't stop torturing them, even the tiniest mouse can't escape! How can he be made to understand that they are just like him, capable of feeling emotions, of loving, and that they deserve respect? Then the day comes when he needs the animals' help. How will they react? Will they come to his aid?

Yawen Zheng graduated in animation from the Communication University of China in Beijing. Her graduation film, The Song for Rain, was selected for the Annecy International Film Festival in 2012 and won the “Production Design Award” at the Animation Academy Awards in China. In 2014, she joined the School of Cinematic Arts in Southern California, graduating in 2017. Her student films all met with success in several international festivals.
