Former wrestler Sophie Blanvillain is a casting director – among other films she has worked on Jean-Jacques Annaud's Les Deux frères (Two Brothers), Jacques Doillon's Ponette, and Edouard Molinaro's Beaumarchais l'insolent (Beaumarchais)... In 2004 she went behind the camera making Le Paname Follies, broadcast on France 2, followed in 2011 by her first stereoscopic 3D short J'adore ça, also broadcast on France 2.
