J et le poisson
Cécile Paysant
J is a little boy who lives on an island with his botanist mother. His only companion is fish in a bowl, and he dreams of travelling to the four corners of the world. A discovery in one of his mother's greenhouses will change his destiny, and that of his fish.

After spending several years studying the History of Art, since 2011 Cécile Paysant has been at La fémis in the sets department. J et le poisson was developed in parallel to this course, with other students sharing the same interest in model animation. After this first experience she is now making, as part of her graduation work and with the same team, a new stop-motion project.
