Hippolyte Cupillard is an animation director from France. In 2015, after having completed his studies in fine arts at the Institut Supérieur des Beaux Arts de Besançon, he co-founded TABASS co. a 2D animation collective based in Brussels. In 2016, he decided to take up his studies at La Poudrière. During his course, he directed Peupleute (one-minute film), Vers le sud (To the South) (Les Espoirs de l'Animation, Canal J) and L'Île d'Irène (Irene's Island) (graduation film).
