Ciprian Alexandrescu was born in 1978 in Timisoara , Romania. Between 2003 and 2007, he is student at the National University of Film and Drama "I.L. Caragiale" Bucharest. He graduates in 2007. Interior. Block of flats Hallway has been selected at the Cinefondation of Cannes 2008.
