Lucia Bulgheroni
Inanimate is a classic stop motion short film. Katrine, Patrick and the other characters are armature-based puppets with realistic human proportions. When Katrine makes the decision to leave the set and steps into the unknown, the technique switches to live action. Through the POV of her human counterpart and animator, she looks around to discover what lies beyond the set.

Lucia Bulgheroni is an Italian animation director. While studying filmmaking at the Instituto Europe di Design in Milan Lucia first began exploring stop motion animation and discovered her love for and the potential of the medium.
