Tomás Paula Marques
It is summer in the Portuguese countryside, where the local festivities are in full swing. Chico is haunted by a hate crime committed in his village against a boy who was secretly close to him. Throughout this journey, Chico, pressured by his friends, tries both to follow the social standards of the village and also hide his fears and desires.

Tomás Paula Marques was born in Porto in 1994. In 2013, he enrolled in the Lisbon Theatre and Film School where he studied Directing. Tomás Paula Marques is currently a Master's student in Sociology, focusing on Gender Studies.
