Yves Caumon was born in 1964. After studying Philosophy and Ethnology, he became a student in the Production section of FEMIS in 1987, where he directed three shorts among which is L'Ami de la famille, award-winner at the Pantin and Dunkerque Festivals in 1992. He is currently working as a first assistant director and co-scriptwriter.
