Barbora Halířová
Born in Bratislava, Nora Štrbová moved aged 4 with her family to Prague, where she still lives today. She gained a BA in animation from FAMU, where she continued studying in the documentary films department. In her work she explores documentary film and experimental animation. S P A C E S was selected for Premiers Plans in 2021, where it won the special jury prize for School Films.

Barbora Halířová was born in 1990 in a small town in Czechia. Between 2010 and 2016 she studied animation under Jiří Barta in Pilsen. During her studies she took part in a 3-month course at La Poudrière in France. She graduated from FAMU in Prague in 2018 with her film Hide N Seek, selected at Premiers Plans in 2020.
