Micah Magee
Jo (11) is a slowpoke. When she misses her bus (again) she calls her big brother Robert to pick her up as usual. Instead, his girlfriend Caro comes. An accident on the way home changes Jo's and Robert's lives forever.

Micah Magee grew up in Texas and came to Berlin in 2001 with a Fulbright Fellowship for Journalism. In addition to filmmaking, Micah has worked as co-director of Cinematexas International Short Film Festival, pirate radio programmer and (currently) full-time mom. Her films have been supported by grants/awards from the Oberhausen Short Film Festival, New York Foundation for the Arts and New York State Council for the Arts. She lives and works in Berlin, Germany and Troy, New York.
