A 10-year-old boy struggles with the bitterness of life in a summer camp. It is not easy to be ignored by the apple of your eye and to see the dormitory wrecked by a group of pre-teen louts. Fortunately, in the forest, the wild geese are still in hiding.

João Nicolau was born in 1975 in Lisbon, Portugal. He works as a director, editor, actor and musician. He made the documentary Calado NãoDá (1999), the short film Rapace (2006), selected in the European Short Film category of Premiers Plans in 2007, Canção de amor e saúde(Song of Love and Good Health) (2009) selected in the Figures Libres category of the Festival in 2010, O Dom das Lagrimas (The Gift of Tears) (2012) and the feature A Espada e a Rosa (The Sword and the Rose) (2010)again selected in Figures Libres in the 2011 Festival.
