he night of the 31st of December, in the middle of the fireworks, a group of international ecologists blows up the biggest steelworks in Europe.

Giacomo Abbruzzese was born in Italy in 1983. After a degree in communication from the University of Siena, he wrote a dissertation on digital cinema at the University of Montreal, followed by a Master's in cinema and multimedia at the University of Bologna. In parallel to his studies he has been making short films since 2003 (including: Romeo sotto Giulietta in 2003, Esprit Maternel in 2004, Women, Fire and Other Dangerous Things in 2005, Droga Party in 2006 and Passing the following year). His last short, Archipel, has been selected for many festivals, including Premiers Plans.
