Sonia Gerbeaud, born in Annecy in 1984, and Mathias de Panafieu, born in Paris in 1986, met at Art School in Poitiers. While there they explored animated film, illustration, photography, sculpture and silk-screen printing. Once they had graduated they began writing their first short film and directed Oripeaux, a film animated by a four hands and a few thousand drawings.
