Born in the suburbs next Paris, Morgan Simon studied biology and communication, and then he entered and graduated in la femis in the scriptwriting section. For three years, he was an editor for a webzine dedicated to alternative rock musics. Youth and marginality are topics of his films, such as American Football, awarded at Angers Premiers Plans Festival in 2013, or such as this film Essaie de mourir jeune. He develops his first long feature Compte tes blessures and is part of this 2014-2015 promotion of Angers Workshop, and it will be read this year in the Festival.
